Telkom Mobile is not getting my multi-sim to work and just closes my cases without fixing the problem.
On the 20th I went back to the store where they could actually confirm the multi-sim is not working (TM rep on mybroadband insists it is linked and working properly). There they even did a sim swap on a brand new sim (did not fix the problem). They assured me that within 72 hours the problem would be fixed and that was just another empty promise from Telkom Mobile.
The only thing I can think of doing is to post on Hellopeter each and every 5th day until they fix it.
