You would be naive to believe SAA will cease operations if boycotted. Air Zimbabwe still flies, despite all Zim went through.

so why show sympathy?

people WANT to be Homeless, people WANT to pay inflated prices,
people BEG for the incompetence and corruption to come back, and keep voting them into power,

as a result, the ANC feel empowered and fearless knowing they will NEVER be called to task for their blunders.

so the ANC air wing will commandeer Airplanes for their dear leaders shenanigans, stranding people just because they can,
the ANC air wing will continue sucking down bailouts like a newborn child drinking Milk, and nothing will EVER change,

so again I ask, why even give them a Chance? haven't they had enough already?

Just flew SAA.

Fantastic flight with great service from a customer perspective (just like all my previous experiences on the carrier)

Many are pessimistic but i wish the best for the carrier and hope they manage to work things out.

Well done on aiding and abetting corruption.

New SAA — 250 managers for 750 staff

South African Airways (SAA) has a bloated and overpaid management team, with 250 managers overseeing only 750 staff members.

National Union of Metalworkers (Numsa) national spokesperson Phakamile Hlubi-Majola said SAA staff members had their salaries cut by 35% and lost many benefits.

Would I FLY SAA? Nope! I would be too scared of losing my money - same old SAA on the same old path!
