So i have not only had up's and downs with Cell C. Only UP's
. I have complained to the Call centre to no avail. I have complained on Hello Peter( http://hellopeter.com/cell-c/complaints/attrocious-customer-service-1176155 ), gotten a reply stating i will be phoned "soon" yet its been 3 days and nothing. I have sent messages to the Cell C representative (Whom I must give credit as he has been extremely helpful in the past on other issues) on this forum and I am not getting a reply, which I can only assume is due to him either being to busy, or the problems I am experiencing are way above him.
I am supposed to be refunded for data used outside my bundle, whilst 2/3 of my data bundles weren't active, yet my account is still showing I owe money which I will be billed for next month. I have not receiving a call from the Call Center (As I was told when I laid the complain and got my reference number), I have not received a call from "Ruth" in the escalation department as I was told was going to be "soon". I am quite amused at how I pay money for this service (which half the time my calls drop and i have no data throughput), yet 1 of several people cannot take the 2 mins of their time to call me and tell me how/what I can ALSO do to get this resolved as soon as possible.
One lady at the call center has stated that i put a stop on the debit order at the bank until things are resolved. I am a little scared of this due to me not having knowledge on how that will effect my payment/credit history etc.
Can someone please suggest what my next step should be? What can I legally do to continue to try and get my issues resolved in the nicest possible fashion.
