This app didnt work with my B618 so I refunded it, the hawieie CLI tool works perfectly though, and is also free.Get the huaCTRL app on the playstore, and force bands 3 & 8 ( 2100 and 1800 ) under settings if you have a B618 or 818 router. See if that helps with the speeds. It might not help during the evenings, but should help during the day.
Received an invoice for November but no charge for collection of Router. Sent them an email on Friday so if the debit order is taken off I will just reverse it via the bank.Anyone cancelled in October and got charged for November?

What? You stopped paying expecting mtn to just cancel for you? Do you just stop paying your home loan if you want to move? That's on you.it is supposed to be month to month right? I stopped paying, and moved.. but it kept the connection. the call centre guy said I must mail cancellations@supersonic. sent on the 27th, obviously no feedback, now in a new month.. from a manual payment all of a sudden there is a debit order.
my advice. stay far away.
I can confirm that there is some throttling going on. Twitch streams are not even loading the screen at 480p but I can switch to Youtube and watch 1080p without any issue/buffering at all. I noticed that this mainly happens at night and gets worse even later at night after 10pm. Peak hours would be before 10pm I assume.
Been like this for the last hour or so. Can't even begin the stream.
