WTF. People quoting man written books telling stupid people how to behave!!
At the time they did need instructions on how to behave and even in the 1600's or so when the world leaders realised that the Christian population had advanced somewhat and no longer believed in the old testament they re wrote it into the new testament.
That was hundreds of years ago and some people still believe in this nonsense.

By now know what is wrong and what is right and how to behave and this is the very reason why the churches are empty but for the elderly on the brink of death and some younger people that have not yet learned how to behave with out instructions.

So now you have made it so obvious that you need a book of instructions to know how to behave. I don't and I get this stuff from my conscience. Your need of a book is so sad.

So everyone has the same connected conscience? It would be interesting to know how you logically came to that conclusion. You realise that you just claimed we don't need books, we don't need to right stuff down like laws and such. Everyone just knows what is right and wrong.

Anyway
I kinda agree, as your idea is substantiated in that book that you don't like https://biblehub.com/romans/2-14.htm
For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law.

What I am saying is that I personally know how to behave and treat my fellow man without instructions. I treat them the same way I would want them to treat me. That is my bible. Short and sweet and it works.

Your bible is by far too long and the pages are only good at rolling spiffs due to the thinness of the paper. I absorbed as far as Mathews of the pocket bible I had and then I got married and had to stop. The pages were a perfect size. I somehow don't recall any of the verses I consumed. Not that I was reading.

That's the most important teaching from the Bible.
That's because culturally you grew up with Christian values. If you had the bad luck of being born in the wrong time at the wrong place you could have been some tribal cannibal.
You got instructions, you were socialised and cultures as a kid and taught to behave in an acceptable manner.

What a self-serving example. How about if one grew in a Buddhist culture where one was fortunate enough not to be brought up with Christian values. You know, believing in invisible men in the sky and judging others and being smug about them going to hell and stuff?
