Then why is the guy in the vid so concerned.
You just need some basic traction and build from there.
Before you know it the ignorant masses will buy into his agenda.

It is his right to be concerned, I cannot fault him for that but how long has Mngxitama been in the scene? how long does it take him to get some traction? Maybe ignorant masses will buy into his idea but in my experience that never amounts to anything, Terreblance died trying.

Yeah but face it... At least one person might take up this call in some way. If not now then some day in the future. My condolences to the victims. He should go to jail. There should absolutely be outrage about these statements and he should face the law.

Forget twitter and rational people on social media.

Where are all the people that were cheering him on. Those are the ones we should be concerned about.

That's my concern as well, why are these people cheering a warmongerer. I don't think they realize we will all be equally fcked regardless of skin colour, much better to work together and build than to divide and break down.

Yes, but as usualy he is very careful to choose his words. He didn't say "kill the whites" - he said "if they kill one of us, we will kill five of them". So if anyone drags him to court, he is simply going to say that his language was conditional. He's gonna say that he was talking about self defense.

Let me try and answer you
FIRST ..
LOOK BEYOND THE IMMEDIATE

How many watershed events are happening in SA -- end of this year early next year ?
EWC / ELECTIONS
( How many are happening in the rest of the World -- we will know TOMORROW )

Will EWC be passed ( signed into legislation BEFORE the 2019 elections ( some where round May 2019 )

IF EWC IS signed into law before then ?
and
A few BOER farms are expropriated
and
WITH attendant violence

WHAT do you think will happen ?

A state of emergency and NO ELECTION -- "governance" by diktat

The handlers of the ANC are preparing their -- FALL BACK plan
In this respect BOTH the EFF as wel as BLF have been given a ROLE TO PLAY .. ( which they seem to be performing quite well )

The weapons are being stockpiled -- the grease is being removed -- the bullets are being counted ..........

Generally there are very FEW people that want War -- HOWEVER -- they ALWAYS seem to occur !!!!!!!!!!

Somethings appears amiss with your capslock key.

There's no political will to arrest or prosecute. I was personally present when this piece of dogshit was screaming at people, threatening to kill them, based on race. The police present just protected them from the thousands of people around who would quite happily have ground them into a fine paste.

Yeah, I've seen that once.

BLF does not represent the voice of black people, we are not crazy. In the same way EFF got 6% of the vote, BLF will get even less if they ever try to run for an election. As for Andile Mngxitama ...he is the black Steve Hofmeyr, a sick racist bastard who the media and the general population must ignore... Do not give them publicity.

He was in the equality court which is part of the high court, no fine or anything like that, poor velaphi must just give an apology. Even after his conviction his gov job is safe. Sparrow, momberg etc were prosecuted in a lowly magistrates court.

The court referred the court transcripts and ruling to the NPA but absolutely fsckall has come of it thus far...

I can go lay a complaint against velaphi khumalo at the police station for crimen injuria (like I assume was done) but that's it, the police ain't gonna do schit, the npa is not gonna do schit as there's not mass hysteria and political pressure to prosecute a black racist, white ones get dealt with swiftly though. So these cases rarely if ever see the inside of a criminal court.

EDIT: https://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/...ant-case-heads-to-the-equality-court-20180702

I don't in any way support his views.

Firstly, Equality Courts aren't part of the High Court system. Even some Magistrates Courts are equipped to deal with equality matters. Therefore, just because the case went to Equality Court doesn't mean it's automatically on High Court register. It's not even part of the criminal justice system afaik (someone help!)

The guy was fined and terms of payment agreed between him and the complainant I think. Whether he paid the money is a different matter altogether (I don't remember the amount but @thechamp posted a link once upon a time:).

Where? Out in public? Honestly, I'm yet to meet anyone who endorses his party publicly. I've noticed a few band of supporters are potential career politicians who are looking to catch the early bird.

So if anyone drags him to court, he is simply going to say that his language was conditional. He's gonna say that he was talking about self defense.

See his speech:

He opens his speech by stating, “one settler, one bullet, one settler, one bullet”. He also makes it crystal that the white establishment is the enemy and that they will kill to have their land, and then a lot more anti-white rhetoric, only then he brings up that what was highlighted by Renaldo. Conditional, no, he built that speech brick by brick.

Their Twitter page is more lively today,

https://twitter.com/blf_southafrica?lang=en

Now they are changing that narrative, bringing in Rupert and the taxi association. They are only making this anti-white rhetoric worse by the moment.

I already posted in this thread that they are appearing the Equality Court today, to add to how they are intimidating people,

https://www.iol.co.za/saturday-star...bers-that-white-blood-would-be-spilt-18432325

Assaulted advocate told by BLF members that 'white blood would be spilt'

Johannesburg - The Johannesburg Bar Council has condemned a “vicious racial attack” on one of its members at the High Court in Joburg, claiming the court’s security team is “wholly inadequate”.

According to bar council chairperson Kameshni Pillay, a female advocate was attacked at the court on Wednesday by members of Black First Land First (BLF), who were staging a protest outside.

Pillay said the advocate was apparently part of an argument with a security guard, and the BLF became involved, threatening and shouting at her. When the woman subsequently went inside the courthouse, the BLF members followed her into a lift, where the group of men and women began punching her in the face, telling her that “white blood would be spilt”. It was only when the elevator opened that she was pulled out and able to escape, though the group of BLF members began venturing into the various courtrooms trying to find her. The advocate ultimately had to be “smuggled” out of the building, according to Pillay.

In a statement from the bar council, Pillay said the organisation condemned the attack in the strongest terms, and would be working with the police to identify the attackers and bring them to justice.

There are no more excuses, everything is in this Tweet,

BLF President @Mngxitama spreads the message of revolution in the most basic way. Even children understand what is to be done! #TakeBLFtoPower

Lol, there was no fine from a court, you and thechamp love propagating this bs.

I don't know how many times I have to repeat this but here goes;

The ANC laid a complaint against Khumalo at the Roodepoort Equality Court, the highly suspect thing is the proceedings were held in camera instead of publicly as required by the Equality Act (big wtf) so nobody knows what went down but it does look favourable to the anc for taking 'action' BUT the complaint was withdrawn the very same day.

The ANC & Khumalo settled this between themselves where khumalo agreed to pay R30k to a charity(s) of the ancs choice in R1k installments. There is zero evidence of whether this happened. This basically ended up as a disciplinary procedure between the anc and one of it's members.

With regards to his gov job which is a different matter he received a final written warning which was expunged from his personnel file after 6 months.

That is the history of his case prior to the sahrc taking it to the equality court where his punishment was just to issue an apology to the public within 30days of the ruling (think he even ignored that and did it later). The court also mentioned his previous apologies were insincere and he justified his behaviour till the end, so zero remorse.

I'll quote from the department of justice,

http://www.justice.gov.za/EQCact/eqc_faq.html
Where can I find these Courts?
In terms of the Act all High Courts are equality courts for their area of jurisdiction. The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development has designated all magistrates’ courts to serve as equality courts in all the 9 provinces.

So every single high court is an equality court. Not all magistrates courts are equality courts though, there are 382 equality courts and 715 magistrates courts.
