The image in the OP is the incorrect one. Same title (almost) but from 2016. This is the correct image: DuN8K96XcAELf4p.jpg-large-557x418.jpg

Well he made a mistake to show Markus Jooste in the painting. You can't do that unless you have his permission....

If he blurred out his face then yeah Freedom of speech.

I'm sure Markus Jooste called the cops and complained.

Tlou Molele was disciplined by attending an anti-racism workshop and to teach match to ‘needy’ grade 10 children. He wasn’t even exposed to those he called genetic errors and mutations that should never have existed…

The only reason he ended up being processed by the system was due to his own employer Curro Holdings being pressured, they suspended him and referred the case.

His punishment was nowhere in balance with the other sentences experienced by white offenders.
Was it perhaps in balance to that of Matthew Theunissen?

Theunissen had to do up to six months of community service in a disadvantaged area for sports development, on the end of anger management therapy in conjunction with the court, meaning that progress is reported to the court for him to understand how white privilege functions in the South African society, and had to do anti-racism research within the area of sports to understand transformation issues and was disallowed from sharing on social media for a year long. In addition to that, he had to make an unconditional apology to the public and check in every 3 months for proof of rehabilitation of his character.

How does that compare to attending an anti-racism workshop and for teaching free maths to the same group of people an anti-white message was directed to? Molele’s claim of not being a racist and that his post was made out of anger was apology enough for the commission.

The two ‘sentences’ doesn’t carry the same weight.

To add, Molele only had to donate 10 hours of free maths teaching.

Shows you in the African mind if you are a white man who steals money you are an agent of white monoply capital and if you are a black man who steals money you are a natural born leader, jeez that is some ****ed up morality.

Commie propaganda, no-one has their own morality they get told what to believe.

As a boer tho, I am confusion, do I feel guilt or salute the flag hanging on the right? Lol.

Both did not go to jail or pay a R150k fine? I would never expect the sentences to be identical.

No monies were to be paid.

I also expect the sentences to be identical, each case has their own merit, but the recommendations are biased based on race. Something deep in my tummy tells me that there are politics involved to express retribution by popular demand. As much as I condemn racism it irks me that select individuals are made to be an example. All I want is equal treatment. BLF and co. also needs to be prioritised as a high-level case, but something tells me that Ashwin's case will preoccupy their time and that case is only to be reviewed and heard in February.

You managed to identify Markus in this painting?

First, thank you for using more sensible grammar that's easily readable for all. Secondly I did say your explanations is soup. Thirdly that it seems you are calling Afrikaners stupid. You confirmed the latter.

However, once again you zoom in on the one aspect of what I was saying, proving what I said further. Yet you ignore everything else happening around a most serious issue. You chose Toekomsvonk to make a point. I'm not sure how many Afrikaners even know them, much less associate with them. Yet you're using that to justify saying "A cherry on its own isn't much of a prize but Afrikaners have never been known for their intelligence."?

Using your logic I could say any members of Andile's ethnic group/Blacks are just like him, likewise any marginal contentious figure. I'm sure - in fact know - most Black people would not wish to be associated with Andile.

In the final analysis, you ignore that numerous other groups also chose to launch complaints. However you chose to zoom in on "dumb Afrikaners". It seems you have an issue with Afrikaners?

No, I'm not emotionally compromised. I read stuff and take it "with a knippie sout", from where it comes. Before you go down the "you are an insulted Afrikaner route", my home language is English, family origins are German, Welsh plus a lot of what can only be described at best as South African, the people I care about.
Afriforum, Solidaritiet and this Toekomsvonk are reported in the news as taking action against Andile. Steve Hofmeyer opened a case against Andile at the Brooklyn police station personally. I could perhaps understand Afrikaners getting so upset if he said kill the Boer meaning he targets Afrikaners but instead he said kill 5 whites, their children, dogs and cats. The DA as the opposition party clearly was the first to take the relevant legal action. I don't see a need for all these Afrikaans organisations, Afrikaans groups and individuals including Steve Hofmeyer to also do so it since that is feeding the troll Andile. I collectively referred to these Afrikaans organisations, Afrikaans groups and individuals opening legal action as Afrikaners and said it not very intelligent. This was my view. You can get triggered and say I insulted all Afrikaners by taking it out of context as you exclude what I said in the same sentence that a "cherry on its own isn't much of a prize" like I explained previously which you chose to ignore, as these Afrikaans organisations, groups and individuals should have opened cases against Andile when he made false inflammatory hate speech statements previously when the Gupta leaks shown he was being paid by the Guptas and communicated directly with Bell Pottinger, who in turn was also paid amounts of money by the Guptas for the purpose of distracting the public from them. But they didn't. If they did they could have gotten the whole cake and gotten Zuma Jnr, Guptas, Bell Pottinger and Andile charged for hate speech. Andile doesn't care if he gets fined like Velaphi Khumalo who called for the slaughter of whites like Hitler slaughtered Jews on social media. Zuma Jnr will just pay the fine since the Gupta leaks showed they payed millions for this media distraction campaign and Andile and his rent-a-crowd is still supporting Zuma jnr in his manslaughter case. Andile being found guilty is not a victory at all.

I find your points you try to make not understandable. You exaggerate and take out of context and make numerous personal insults. You even mention your own ethnic background. These are all irrelevant and come across as rather defensive and desperate.
