That is because BEE is not meant to solve unemployment problem. I have no ideas where you got that ideas from. That can only be solved when the economy grows.

Tell me: Aside from redistribution, what does the "black" political movement in its entirety offer in terms of real solutions to the real problems facing
everyone? What do you offer? Do you need to be taught how to be creative? Or entrepreneurial? Or how to go about spotting opportunities?
If a man living in a rural area wants to keep his tribal system because it's his culture, should he not expect that he will find himself at a distinct disadvantage when he moves into a setting with a different culture? Is his ignorance not his choice? At what point do black people suck it up and take personal responsibility for their predicaments; not because they haven't suffered, but because at some point you have to make peace with the fact that productive change is the only thing that's ever going to change things for the better? Is it not learned helplessness to repeat the dogma ad nauseam that black people can't excel because their disadvantages have not been addressed? Do they have no advantages whatsoever?
