Most of these places they want to put these generators had generators already. I don't understand, is there some provinces where they didn't have?
Everywhere I lived in the last 47 years, the police stations, prisons, courts, hospitals did have generators. I just don't see them using it, because they don't have diesel/petrol. My local Home Affairs and Traffic department closes the doors an hour before load-shedding and they have generators.
I don't see these new generators going to be used at all.
