Cyril has dealt with this guy big time. He’s finished.
Word is the RET plan to collapse the conference if the step aside isn't set aside (lol pun). But it looks like most of the contenders are distancing themselves from Zuma and his RET.

The might just try that approach because it's not going too well for them.

The traitors are being exposed.

Our movement? So the EFF see themselves and the ANC as a movement?
Holy ****. EFF/RET collaboration confirmed...

“It's not about the EFF, we will talk after 2024. But this thing of our movement, our ancestors man, eish, please man,” Gardee pleads with Sisulu.

If I'm wrong I'm wrong, and I've said it a lot in this thread. I can't shake the feeling that a split is coming after this weekend (perhaps not immediately on the day after, but somewhere in due time), NP/CP style.

And if RET ****s off they'll either defect to EFF or coalesce with them via another party...

Mnqasela loses bid to have urgent reinstatement application heard

Ousted DA Speaker Masizole Mnqasela lost his bid to have his application for reinstatement heard as a matter of urgency in the Western Cape High Court on Thursday.

"I am of the view that this matter lacks urgency," ruled Judge Matthew Francis.

In a marathon application, Mnqasela's counsel, advocate Louise Ferrerira, argued that the matter is urgent because political staff jobs are on the line as well as Mnqasela's community projects, and the arrangements he is making for next year's State of the Province Address.

She argued that the court should order the status quo - that his DA membership is reinstated and that he is reinstated as Speaker because of the way the party ousted him.

Frances was not convinced of urgency and struck the matter from roll, with the cost of two counsel.

Outside court, Mnqasela told his supporters he would be back next year, to argue the matter fully.

Did Gogo capture the judiciary via Steinhoff 5G for this outcome?
