The notion that a judge is some authority on what actually happened on the day, what could have happened and what were the intentions of all who were involved is a flawed one.

So what are you exactly trying to say about commissions of inquiry? Isn't the exact point of their existence to find out the facts?

Did you see how many cases did Zondo refer to the law enforcement for further investigation? Why do you think he did that if a commission of inquiry has all the wisdom to tell what happened merely because it's lead by a judge?

The only way to solve Kannaland is to dissolve it like Ditso and hold re-elections. Otherwise, it'll just be one MONC after another and just generally unstable like Kannaland has always been.

I know for a fact that having a new election won't stop politicians doing a MONC every time they feel like it, in fact a new election could even result in a less stable municipality as we seen in Ditsobotla.

I think the municipality should be put under administration if the instability worsens.
