yeah, pity the opposition has not been able to get rid of the body ....
When the opposition is DA, and the other opposition wants to unite behind the DA instead of being opposition in their own right, no wonder the EFF is growing instead of parties like ActionSA.

Exactly, then you get some idiots saying "Don't march to another mans house"

****ing BS - march all the way to the source of the problem, wherever that may be. In this case, the scene of the crime is at Luthuli house. Those who fail to understand that, really don't know how things work.
TheChomp`s statement is not very clever at all.

why do people either continue to vote for the ruling party or rather stay at home, than cast their vote for the opposition ... that is the question that needs to be addressed...for me , in short, it is a matter of trust.

the opposition's current strategy is to get to a majority by means of ruling party electoral support collapse, rather than conversion...which would eventually happen, but what will be left of ZA Pty Ltd -at the rate we going...not much.

Logic is not everyone's strongpoint unfortunately

What would be nice from the DA is too say they removing all red tape for home solar installations in CoCT and are promising not to penalise solar users with any tariffs.

Seriously, you are coming with first world issues now? Come to Jozi and let me drown you in one of the potholes. Or put you in one of the uncollected pikitup bins.

we can hope and some may pray...but honestly some wishful thinking ... ...ANC will either just get above 50% or will go into coalition with a smaller party.,,....oddly enough the DA was on the right trajectory during the Mmusi experiment...building/forging trust , that would have started to convert, making up for the loss of the old guard with a broader new base...but some could just not get beyond not being in control... welcome to politics, politician will do what they do - if all would just do what is best for the country - but yeah...

There is zero chance the ANC is above 50%. They will be lucky to get 45%.

What is the point of fixing potholes if people do not have access to electricity?

Worst part is our the surrounding suburbs are run by the DA and the roads are still kak. They blame JRA for taking long to fix it instead of just doing it themselves...

Themselves? Surely, they have to be after JRA to do it instead of party machinery ?
