I thought what she was doing wasn't pleasing the Twitterati?Seeing that she's super popular amongst the Twitterati, I'm just waiting patiently until she says or does something that doesn't please the Twitterati...
Then they'll hit her with the 1984 (the book) attitude of "Ramathuba? We've always hated Ramathuba"...
FTFYAnyway, South Africans are sometimes too clever for their own good, especially the larneys type who are criticising from their comfort zone

He said that should Phalatse be ousted, the party would support an ANC candidate for the mayoral position.
"We are not garden boys of the DA, and DA is not our 'baas'. That time is over, in case they are not aware," Kunene said.
Hope she handles her ousting Ina much more dignified manner that she did previously.
I don't know who in the DA thinks like that, it's impossible to apply the finding retrospectively, no one is going to lose their job.So in some ways I'm not necessarily in favour of incumbents being kicked out if the DA wins the case, but the actual policy and process needs to be kicked to the curb and the ANC needs to get the fsck out of the way of public service appointments.

Good choice of words. 'Recording' and not beans. Now assassins will leave him alone and concentrate on zuma only.
If an appointment is made today and you go to court to challenge its constitutionality then it's possible that such an appointment can be reversed, in this case that won't be applicable because it would be impossible to retrospectively apply the ruling without prejudicing the beneficiaries.Well it would be more a case of if their appointment is deemed unconstitutional, then there is a chance they would have to vacate the position so it can be legally filled.
