The ANC apparently have a preemptive motion against her planned in council already. But that will probably not work as it can probably be challenged again, so in all likelihood they're busy doing one for the next few days. They'll have to sit with their COPE speaker to make sure she doesn't bungle again given her incompetence.

1. The numbers to support the motion
2. Follow the procedural process to the law - so it can't be challenged, again.
