That's why the first thing we do should not be running to Twitter to rile up the masses, if something looks strange, stop and ask questions, we really need to start acting matured, we are not a bunch of 6 year olds.

Why should it be about complaining? Does asking questions mean complaining? Unless you are the Karen type who has no tact.

With my eastern European accent people always think I'm arguing.
But on a serious note you chat to them, find out that they do not have proper truck so somebody higher up ordered to use bus.
Then what? Nothing

At least with this post maybe just maybe somebody will follow it up.

If somebody told me that they were doing this I would not believe them without photo or video. It is so daft.
