Anyways, to answer your initial question, if an Anti-Virus scanner and Malwarebytes doesn't pick up any problems then your drives probably doesn't have "viruses". You're probably looking at a driver issue or a Motherboard that's busy packing up. Can be any number of things. If it's still doing it after a clean windows install then it's most likely hardware related. Good luck.
