The days of a car losing its value when leaving the showroom are gone. People are listing models from a couple of years ago for higher than they bought them.

It seems like it would be a huge risk to buy at these inflated prices, would you even be able to get finance?

They can f*** right off.
Thank you dealerships for doing this, every now and again I get naughty and look for a new car. If it was at the list price perhaps I would go for it (as I did with my last 2 cars). 20% over list price just makes the decision to walk away so much easier.
