Has anyone saw the supplement in the star about the top brands in South Africa?

Best Communications provider(voted by the readers):
1.) Telkom
Runners Up
2.) Vodacom
3.) MTN

How can people actually vote for telkom?
although they the only landline providers, and there is no other options but at least they should have made it Vodacom, MTN and CellC.

The bulk of people in SA are not aware of how Telkom is screwing them over. Telkom has got very good marketing and they pay huge amounts of money to tbe best marketing agencies in the world to make sure people who are not aware of how Telkom is raping SA gets all warm and fuzzy about Telkom.

These marketing agencies are so good at what they do that they can sell sand to people in the Sahara. They really are top notch!

These surveys however are most likely done in communities where brand awareness is high but service knowledge is low. They call it recall...

And remember Telkom is a major sponsor for the sports that the majority of South African's love most... soccer!

That is called positive association...

Mix recall, awareness and positive association together and you get screwed results like this in tests and surveys...

:(

As I always say when this cr@p comes up - "It is like a survey asking people which planet in the solar system they most enjoy living on."
