Yep, sums it up nicely. First I've heard that the Chair and Dr Ivy were good buddies - I was actually told the opposite. Not that it all adds up to a row of beans, though, except perhaps in the minds of conspiracy theorists.
 
Mr Molotsane is talking the talk, but thats all, business as usual so far.
If Telkom pushes ahead with this 1 Nov change, his credibility in my mind drops to zilch.
He can mouth off all the spin he wants to after that about lower prices, but nobody will take him seriousely.
 
How on earth can you have 10 non-executive and 1 executive director on a board of directors? This means that the executive director can carry on shafting the consumers over and above the nonexcutive directors wishes and just spread the blame towards them when he is called to account by the consumers.
