Looks like a Hilux from the front...other than that, bring it here. Far nicer looking than that horrible Mazda.

Way better than a P-Poor Series

sheez but that 0-100 time of 6.3 is pretty impressive on the Honda!

Maybe the midsize bakkie market is already saturated and it is also not cheap buying one.

The lack of Navaras on the road is an indication that the SA bakkie market prefers their leaf springs. People don't want to sacrifice load capacity for ride quality so I doubt the Ridgeline would be much success here.

And how much will it cost if they bring it here? a million rands?

Honda cars are expensive, their SUVs far expensive than other SUVs in the same class, The P series value proposition is indisputable.

Most likely the reason why the Navara was chosen as the X-Class. But again the X class failed due to price and most people knowing they buying a Nissan.

I don't think so, people don't buy double cab bakkies for their load capacity, so that would count more for single cabs.

The Navara has always lagged behind in sales, we can't blame the lack of leaf springs.

I have checked the pricing and what it cost to buy from one of the competitors on the US sites. The Honda is definitely an expensive bakkie. It might be in the same price range as the Amarok. I think their price conversion don't take our tax into account.
