Alrighty...

301 done & dusted. Verdict? Loved it.

Essentially it was just two segments. Conversation street was ok-ish. No "Star" section this week.

- The Detroit muscle car segment (2 parts) were top notch. It was insightful & entertaining. Zero snooze moments. Car selection was great & all 3 guys really played on the strengths of their respective vehicles. Which would I have/choose? I have a soft spot for that Demon man...! Fit for purpose. It only focuses on one thing. The very end drag race kept me glued. FYI more info on Demon & my thoughts:

- The Senna segment by Clarkson was a winner. The braking test vs that F-Type! The car is unreal. Obviously it's never meant to drill into the detail that Shmee does but it was insightful to watch nevertheless. And that lap time around the track!

May really came into his own in this episode, his banter & competitiveness was enjoyable to watch.

All in all GT is off to a cracking start!

Next week 302 is in Colombia! Don't say the "C" word.

Nice overview. Thanks.

I agree - it was entertaining and captivating. Loved the V8s opening throat in Detroit.

Would have liked more tech 'n spec talk. And relieved they dropped the silly celeb/star talk.

I always look forward to these three... though I wasnt totally feeling the love in this episode. Love the Exorcist! Less contrived that previous episodes for sure. Clarkson need to attend to that boep, makes him look REALLY old.
