I have a 256K Package. Been with sentech ever since they openened. Slowly but surely i have watched things go from good to bad to worse, and now to totaly unacceptable.
I have read just about everything said about Sentech on the Internet. I did not bother to add to the complaints becuase people were doing it for me.
All that I have to say now is a simple thing we all encounter in this country. <b>BAD SERVICE</b>
Whether you dealing with Telkom, Sentech, Vodacom, Discovery Health, South African Police Service, SARS
,etc..
No matter who you deal with, no one wants to do their jobs, people dont care as long as they getting paid.
And as for Big Corporates all they want to do is Make Money.
Unfortunately this Country is filled with all these bad things.
1) We got idiots running this country. One moment SARS states they made a record taking of so many billions of rands and the next day in the news paper Police are complaining that they only being paid R3000 a month.
2) There is no law and order in this country. All forms of morals and values have disappeared.
3) We are being ripped off in every way possible.
We are the perfect example of a Pandora's Box. Where ever i go ppl are always complaining (Dont get me wrong i complain to).
We are the only country in the world that if your car is over R200k you have to fit in a tracker or the equivalent to get your car insured. We are being ripped of and cheated and stolen from in every sense of the word.
The worst thing of all is that as common Tax paying citizens that we are, we cant do anything about it.
So in terms of Sentech lying to us and bull sh*tting us all the time. They to are following the natural trend of this country. Its a simple: we dont care, its your problem, we just want your money.
I truly am tired of having to put with all of this everyday of my life.
Solution:
We could salvage what we can in terms say "being charged for something that we not getting" (maybe in court or some other way)
But on the bigger picture there is not much we can do. Even if somehow we could get this thing onto national television it will be old news before anyone can say Jack Robbinson.
In short.... Customer Service and Quality Assurance dont exist. It never has, It wont start now, and It will never happen.
The only solution I have to this problem is to Hope and pray for a miracle that one day those who can make a difference in this country actually make a difference... And of course my Download speeds go back to 30-40k
