I was reprimanded a week or so ago about my exact same query in this regard... We work from home, we need to print documents but no we treated like children- no ink for you naughty boi. You must be a good little hikikkomori for 21 days.
There is sooo much of this whole mess we will never understand.

now western cape is allowing cigarette sales from grocery stores due to their illegal cigarette trade booming after lockdown, but the rest of the country still gets a big ..|.
Don’t get it wrong either. I have not smoked in almost a decade. I do however believe everyone should have an equal opportunity at choice. It should be available for all if they open cigarette sales 5CB53413-6D3A-42A3-8F40-CD0E5FE98752.jpeg

Our local PnP's hot food is closed ----- EXCEPT for the food the Police want! Was in there twice today. In the morning they were "selling" meals to the cops. This afternoon after the bread came out of the ovens, they were "selling" lunches to the cops.

Maybe they a "contract" to supply the cops with meals? Why can't they keep that going for the public?

With KFC out of the picture I was half expecting an article on how much weight the cops had lost. :p Probably not by the looks of it - but that corona good news thread needs some love.

I had to go to the bank today to open up a business bank account, and that took a pretty long time. So I went outside for a smoke. That was not the best idea. Lots of people came begging for a smoke from me.

Other than that. Quiet out there. Didnt see a cop or SANDF
Many cops have tried to bum off me. Public smoking is like wearing gold chains, diamond rings and pearl necklaces, all at the same time. Don't flaunt your wealth in SA.

I'm where you will be in a few days.

View attachment 809747

Starting to effect my work etc. I literally have nothing to look forward to now, as opposed to the previous two weeks where I could take a few balcony breaks and enjoy evenings playing Doom Eternal while drinking a few Gins.

Just endless sessions in front of the pc.
It's becoming intolerable.
LOL, you merely entered isolation, I was born within it, molded by it, survival of the fittest.

EDIT: There are kopdokters who do online consultations, I suggest you use your Marlboro money and get in touch with one.

As was I, but it's my vices and my cat that have kept me company all this time.
Besides, a kopdokter won't fix this:

I want to bake bread, could not find flour anywhere. Just maize.
Yes that is what we want to do. But there is nothing to be had. If we could replenish, we would not have to go to the shops for the rest of the lockdown, but nothing to be had.
Instead, we have our spies out. If the local shop gets a delivery it is going to look like a black friday stampede

Some petrol stations keep batteries, may have better luck there.

But whether they will sell, I don't know. May not be an essential item.

Thanks. We thought of that and have visited 6 garages. One said he would call the manager to open up, but that was Monday and he hasn't called. SIK Industries in Basson Street in Goodwood said they would be open "some of the time" but so far no go
