Some petrol stations keep batteries, may have better luck there.

But whether they will sell, I don't know. May not be an essential item.

"I want to buy that battery"

"No you can't"

"Why not"

"Because ..... that will be R1295.00 please"

Thanks. We thought of that and have visited 6 garages. One said he would call the manager to open up, but that was Monday and he hasn't called. SIK Industries in Basson Street in Goodwood said they would be open "some of the time" but so far no go
I stay in the area too, bakkie's battery also won't stay charged. If you find a place please do let me know.

Neighbour car (Fiat Palio) battery kaput and won't hold a charge
Any open suppliers in Cape Town Pinelands area?
Why do you need a battery? The government says isn't an essential item so you don't need it comrade. What the government says is the truth and will always be correct. You don't want to be a bad citizen and not listen to the government.

The cigarette ban is just going to make people even less productive than they already are. My former boss (guy is a PhD) can't function without his smokes and coffee.

Went to Meadowdale Hyperama today. Everything was in stock and the only area cordoned off was the gardening section. Bought flour, yeast, eggs, oats and a mop.

That's weird I specifically remember seeing a government doc saying seeds are permitted for sale.

If you limit what people can buy you decrease traffic to these places, decreasing traffic to these places means people won't be much in constant contact spreading the virus... My goodness the idiocy that MyBB has become! Must everything be brought down to your Grade R level of comprehension?
