Note the complete absence of any comments from the "intellectually gifted" crowd.

We'll add you to a whatsapp group so that you can message everyone when you challenge them online, since they are expected to be here every second of the day :p

Eh? I listened to the whole thing. I was just remarking that BDL gave me a new phrase to add to my lexicon. Never heard him speak before, but he seems quite articulate.
The funny part is he points out exactly the same usual suspects we do, as being the most butt hurt.

You stopped to think about "it" and your first thought was " this is weaponised group think"?
No, I've been thinking about "it" for a long time. And now I have a convenient way of putting what I dislike about "it", one that really gets to the crux of my grievance.

So you stopped for a long time to think about your grievance and all you could come up with was a cliche. Wild and wonderful Xarog.

Is it a cliche to suggest that the method of action that makes this particular groupthink weaponised is that it fundamentally treats different outcomes between individuals immoral, and that it attempts to portray itself as forward-moving in a trendy sort of way where the trend is against individuality as such?

Oh well, I guess I must just be behind the curve, but one does wonder why the characterisation itself bothers you, since if what I was concluding was obvious, then it would satisfy as a reasonable "first thought" and so your initial response no longer makes sense...

Would you care to clarify?
