Yea i still got this handwritten card from yuppiechef , congratulating me on the cool stuff i decided to purchase . I wasn't feeling comfortable just throwing it away , but definitely made me notice the extra effort they put into the order.

You can definitely only do that if you are selling highly specialized selection of goods.

Not sure if its something at my office atm, but they seem to have an issue with their images currently... which for me is a good thing, can't see all the evil things to buy.

Agreed. They should have won best customer support as well! Maybe the judges wanted it to be fair.
