I knew you guys didn't do your fscking research

Stretching 269 metres into the Johannesburg city skyline, the Telkom Tower (Hillbrow Tower) is actually the tallest structure in the country, but is listed as a telecommunication tower, not strictly a business or residential building, thus disqualifying it from this list.

The chimney at one of the Secunda plants is 301m and the two chimneys at Duva (sp?) power station are 300m if I'm not mistaken.

Same like that Durban Iconic tower, its someones little ego stroking idea. Will never see the light of day because it doesn't make business sense at all.

So a 606mtr long antennae atop the Carton will put SA in the record books then? Come on MTN. You know you want to. You know you need to..

Can have excessively tall building in Cape Town, their is a tall buildings policy. Will have a negative impact on Cape Towns greatest asset, Table Mountain.
