Sieeeeeeeeeeeeeeees. Luckily it is your hair and not the hair in the Gym Shower.
Well I have short hair - this hair is long. So not mine - but in a long, complicated way, it was part of me. Still grosses me out though. And yes - I hate public bathrooms of any sort.

pubic bathrooms

just because

I see what you did there

Including people who don't wash their hands but then touch walls and doors and handles on the way out. If you are going to be dirty - keep your hands to yourself

I have a system in place for this - use the touch-free paper towel dispenser after washing hands, then use it to open the handle of the door, and then keep the door propped open with one of my feet and throw the used paper towel basketball-style into the receptacle on the other side of the room.

Of course not all restrooms are designed this way, but fortunately the one at work is :)

That is really cute. But what concerns me is this.... how did you know that my internal dialogues are often in the form of songs ? No one is supposed to know this
I thought it was normal for most people - mine are sometimes in the form of sea shanties

You are lucky. Most of the ones I go to aren't. You even have to touch the taps in some

Sies

Our soap dispensers, taps, urinals and paper towel dispensers are all touch-free but the cisterns still have physical buttons but I just wrap my finger in some TP and press it that way - at least I have some sort of a buffer:ROFL:

I'm not a germaphobe at all, but some things just disgust me a little more than usual - after all, we have to build up an immunity somehow :)

Neither am I - I just like hygiene. Basics you know. If you are going to share a space - be clean.
