Those are my favourite type of cold callers and I challenge myself to see how long I can waste their time.
Get them to call back in a few days after they have said most of what they want to say. Then when they call again = ask a few questions and then ask them to phone later. Don't answer. Then ask them to phone in a week because you are in hospital... etc Finally say no - when you are getting bored.

I haven't tried that yet, I normally try keep them on the line for as long as I can, like the lady that called me last year about extended warranty plans for my previous car. I let her go and on about the warranty, costs, cover, etc. and only after around 5 minutes when she asked if I was interested did I let her know that it would be a complete waste of money since I had a full maintenance plan on the car so I only paid for fuel and tyres  They very rarely ask if I am interested initially, they ask if I have a few minutes to listen to their sales pitch, so I oblige.

Done similar.
I have argued with Vodacom telesales. Told them their signal is **** where I go on holiday. Her only comeback was "I don't believe you". Chatted for about 10 minutes telling her all the ways it was. I was driving from the airport so I had some free time.

One of my best ever was a phone call from a life insurance salesman had when I started working life in the mid 2000's. I told him I had zero interest in life insurance as I had no children, no pets, no bond, no car finance, etc, etc. to which he got seriously frustrated and asked me if I was afraid of dying  I told him I was not because after I have died I wouldn't know any way.

hot exhaust manifold, have to wait for it to cool down before you can fasten exhaust bolts (blowing out between manifold and head)

When you see the electronic sign on the highway saying that it will take 2 minutes to the next main interchange and you know it is 12 minutes. Having to resist testing the validity of their statement

This hectic thunderstorm that keeps on setting off the motion sensor on my perimeter lights.

We have a feral kitten that visits every now and again so I keep on thinking he is in the yard whenever the light turns on.

So you are disappointed when the male kitty doesn't visit you? :p

Of course he would be. The cat may not be his but I am sure he cares what happens to it.

We have dogs so I don't want to encourage a stray cat to be here too often. I put some water out for it but no food, in case it decides to adopt the "Mi casa, su casa" approach. I've seen chatter in the complex WA group about a stray black cat so it seems that it visits the complex quite often. He/she seems very skittish though, and bolts over the wall as soon as someone tries to go near.

One night this past week we were sitting in the lounge watching something on Netflix when I saw the outside floodlight was triggered again and here this black little face appeared in the gap by the sliding door. Fortunately the dogs were asleep so they didn't notice, but that does make me wonder whether it's been helping itself to the leftover dog food when the door has been open and the room vacant.

People thinking everyone wants to listen to their monotonous garbage at ungodly hours of the night. Buy headphones ffs!
