Every damn morning and I'm sorry to say this but every morning the white people in our office arrive usually 10 - 15 min before they are supposed to be here where as the other crowd always rock up 15 - 20 min late.

If ask them about it they are dumbfounded, did their parent not teach punctuality or is that a "colonialist" thing

Had I been the manager they would have a written warning already.

Generally travel to and from the township is harder than from the suburbs. Just saying

True, then again on occasion I too have to walk to work for whatever reason, at which point I ensure enough time to cover the distance.

Also the okes on the floor arrive on time, they generally come from the same township.

It's the lack of care for punctuality that annoys me. If you query why they are late it doesn't carry a reason more that just because.

I am not owed a reason, I have simply queried once upon a time why they are late, I am also not the only one asking the question however we are the ones who most mornings have to answer the question from others as to where they are and or when they'll be in whilst their duties await them.
