Lying in bed and your one leg starts cramping but you're too lazy to move and you just lie there in pain
I think you and I are not getting the same type of leg cramp - my legs cramp, there is no decision making process, the knee jerk reaction itself is enough to fling me out of bed and hopefully manage to stretch it out before going in full bodily lockup

Maybe this is a bad trait on my part and I need more patience but I get very annoyed sometimes when my parents (mid 60s) start asking me to help them with their phones and PC's etc to set up Zoom etc. I learnt all that stuff myself so am not sure why they can't do the same, lol.
Bet they felt the same when they had to teach you to drive. LoL :)

Take a potassium supplement, that helped me a lot with cramps.

The worse cramp is the stomach cramp while doing ab exercises at the gym. Trying to pretend as if everything is okay, yet standing there with pain. I don’t wish that pain on my worst enemy….

Yeah the cut off was R10250... actually have no clue, I got one and I have no idea what my spend was

What's worse is that I had added an item to my car for R550 in the morning that I wanted to buy waiting for a voucher. Then the evening that item jumped to R950 as the number on special got sold out.
Me being greedy cost me R400
