Domestic workers and appliances The vacuum cleaner I bought around 10 years ago has finally died a death most likely due to the motor seizing from excessive dust, dog hair and other debris, the dust filter after the motor has a ridiculous amount of dog hair in it that the main filter before the motor should have stopped. Since our domestic worker has broken the run stop latch, filter housing hinge, on/off button, cable retract button and regularly doesn't clean the main filter or fit it properly it has liven a hard life.

R5900 for 4x mole removals and consultation
Then I get whacked with a R3200 bill from Pathcare.

Cellphone tower burping its load during loadshedding. Other tower works, but cannot stream youtube at all, only whatsapp and non-streaming internet (like posting stuff on mybb) works.

What can you do? Just stock up on a good book, you can't stream any content at all.

I have a corollary to this. Coming down a hill I see a logjam of stopped vehicles about 1km away so start slowing gently. Mr Twat in front of me jams on his anchors like the stopped cars are 10m away. Squeeze front brake (on a mbike), tramp on back brake and aim to just miss the car; spare finger on hooter. Mr Twat is looking around to see what the fuss is about. Eish, thank goodness for ABS.
