On the way to the office I saw 6 cars that did not stop at stop signs.

When you in traffic for 15 minutes thinking there must be something going on but when you get to the beginning of the "accident" there is fokall there...no nearby clogged up interchanges, no vehicle broken down in a lane. Nothing!

Jirre so annoying.

Reminds me of getting back to Jhb this last weekend, pick my car up from the car parking service and then spend half an hour stuck in a queue to get out of the OR Tambo parking lot because their ticket machines aren't working properly Obviously the parking staff were as helpful as a concrete life boat.

I have a corollary to this. Coming down a hill I see a logjam of stopped vehicles about 1km away so start slowing gently. Mr Twat in front of me jams on his anchors like the stopped cars are 10m away. Squeeze front brake (on a mbike), tramp on back brake and aim to just miss the car; spare finger on hooter. Mr Twat is looking around to see what the fuss is about. Eish, thank goodness for ABS.

I deal with this every single day going past the OR Thambo offramp on N12 those two lanes slow down to a crawl for a few kilometers going into the offramp, it doesn't merge into less ,lanes or anything its just a bend, yet traffic slows down to nothing,

Same thing in the afternoon going to Alberton on N12 the same interchange there is a hill, this causes the same thing, mostly because heavy vehicles use all the fscking lanes then lose speed on the hill but don't fsck off to the left.

But I've found a solution to this problem, take the GS, if cold or raining using the car get a few drinks before getting on the highway, then slam some tunes, sit back en vat dit rustig.

Every single damn day I get requests for apps that need updates on android, literally a hand full every day.

Not turning on Auto updates though.

IR Remote Apps with your brand TV listed but doesn't work after clicking all of the buttons of all the models. Wish there was an IR app that could copy existing remote signals, but not sure if IR sensor in android phone can receive them. SCIENCE!

If somebody can make an IR app that can "record" IR signals from any controller, and save it to a file, then you can share that file with others needing that specific controller.

I know parts of my area have frequent power outages, but when putting on twitter asking for updates, surely surely having the reference number would help? How many of these people realise inundate them with tickets.

Yes, a thousand times yes. I even went to the lengths of explaining on my "status" and email signature what yellow, red, green and grey means. Obviously it doesn't make much of a difference at all.

My aircon not switching on, on schedule this morning and having to get up in the cold. Unit reports 13 degrees inside and -3 outside.

Will have to diagnose, getting a few wifi mishaps recently, wonder if the old unifi is giving up the ghost
