You could make use of South Africa SABC high quality news stream, it might even be HDTVQ(Hardly declarable television quality). It seems to be the best quality one available in SA.

well its about 1meg per minute. so you will get to about 3000 minutes which if you play 9 hours a day you will have a week of tv on your 3gb cap but i presume watching a restaurant for 9 hours a day can get moer boring, i mean have you ever gone to Dros and just sat there looking at the people?
