I'm thinking of taking up running every couple of days ... but in those cases I just go lie down for a couple of minutes until the feeling passes.
Bwahaha that's how I have been. I just want to be active, healthy and full of energy.
I read the posts about cycling... I used to do street riding in the UK (Jumping walls, ramps and stuff) loved it and kept me very fit. However, There is nothing inmy area that offers that or mountain biking for that matter. Sadly.
Also I see actual bikes are stupidly expensive...
