An artificial intelligence (AI) tool known as Midjourney, has created images of world-famous destinations to reveal how starkly different places we know could look in the year 2100 if we do not reach our Net Zero target by 2050.

This is literally the book definition of manipulation. For anyone unfamiliar with midjourney, you type in words and it coughs up a set of images composed from reference works on the internet.

So I could type in "temple of ancient Egyptian alien pharoahs" and the ai would try to generate images for that.

I could then write some salacious piece on how ai "shows us a possible history, long forgotten" and then spin whatever yarn. Hell I could even get another ai to write the story for me.
