The DA says it will "ramp-up the fight against e-tolls" in Johannesburg, Ekhurhuleni and Tshwane if it is given the opportunity to govern after the Local Government Elections on 3 August.

Rofl I'm still dumb struck by the recent circulation between Afrikaners that the DA is against religion, now they would like to vote for VF+. I wish I could punch them all. Voting for that good for nothing party will not yield us a victory against the taint that is zuma and his bunch of cnuts

While the DA might be against e-tolls, even if they win in Gauteng, what can they realistically do to cancel them. From my understanding its not local government legislation. So to me it is a bit of electioneering on this issue. All parties do it so not a major issue - one just has to see through all the BS that is out there.

VF+ vote in 99% of the same direction that the DA does anyway and are not small enough to be below the threshold of irrelevance.

Are you serious? You think a couple of seats are worth it? We need to win, we don't need consolation prizes. Having them exist in the first place is an issue because their siphoning votes from the party that can actually win. Kind of similar to the EFF siphoning votes from the ANC.

DA wanting to do the race based target employment. AA/BEE/BBEEE with a different name. I thought this was what the ANC was doing. So the minorities will suffer again.

None of those represents me. DA isnt exactly opposition to the ANC anymore, more like a addendum to the cANCer

Not supply SANRAL offices and gantries with services, tax the sheet out on property tax for property declared as National Roads, built better free roads

Using that logic, why waste your vote on anyone else, the ANC is the most likely to win, so vote for them!

The vf and these smaller parties who waste votes needs to suck it up and join the DA yes they will lose their salaries and status, but it will be for the greater good of this country if the anc can be dwarfed a little. You won't beat the Anc but maybe all the smaller guys together with the DA can make a bigger dent in parlement?

But no one will put the country before themselves and their money that's the sad truth.
