I can't comment on the listed deals, but every product I was watching has doubled their list price, often increased the sale price and is pretending it's a great deal...

Examples:
Chromecast Ultra: last week was around R1,200. Now R1,099 and claiming regular price is R1,999
Sonoff smart light switch (3-gang): last week was around R480. Now R514. Claiming regular price is R820.

That hisense is inflated (probably a product they will lower back to normal as a special on black Friday)
