well , when i signed up with mywireloss in like feb or march and i called to complain bout something back then me thinks i remember a ticket number like one hundred and something... my latest ticket number is five thousand eight hundred and something. that means they have had nearly six thousand tickets opened about mywireless problems... (granted rodent has about 30 of those and others have a couple each... )

2% ?????? im very unhappy but have only had 3 tickets in total... geez who are all these people? remember they dont always open ticket, only when seriously wrong... thinks theyve just given away their game

NO, they only open a ticket if you BITCH long enough ;-) ... Even if they know they should they try to shy away from opening a ticket ... to be fair I think that policy has changed somewhat - they are willing to open a ticket - after requesting you underwear colour ;-)

Can anyone verify if they have been numbered sequentially like this? If thats the case then its safe to assume if they have 3000 customers they have logged (on average) 2 tickets per a customer! Thats pretty scanadalous

WOW - that is good thinking!!! Any way to find out BEFORE sentech gets wind of this and lies again? That could be the proof we need.

Yeah, this could seriously flaw their theory that its only 2 % of users with problems. Surely 2% of users couldn't log 6000 tickets, its just not possible!

Lol! Six hundred in one week? no wonder the helpdesk can only cut n paste replies. there is no time to type anything original.

600 in a week is nothing.
ie: 600 / 5 = 120 per day (assuming 5 day working week)
120 / 8 = 15 per hour (assuming 8 hour working day)
15 / 3 = 5 per person per hour (assuming they only have 3 people working there *jeez i hope not*)

jeez just less than 1 every 10 minutes per person

I'm not sure how there system works, but i've seen systems where every response is allocated a ticket number which would drop the numbers again. ie:
Complain from user (#1)
Reply from Sentech about #1 (#2)
Reply from user (#3)
Reply from sentech (#4)

Tickets do seem to be sequential. When I quoted my number to th 2nd level Orc, he immediately said: "oh, that's quite an old ticket." (i.e. before accessing the info on the ticket.)
