So they told us to open tickets. They can't answer our questions unless we open a ticket.

So I propose that we ALL open a ticket for EVERYTHING. No bandwidth? Open a ticket. Can't check your email? Open a ticket. P2P not working? Open another ticket. Did internet explorer crash? Outlook express not loading quickly enough? Cat **** on the carpet? Ticket, ticket, ticket.

Play their game. If nothing else, it's fun!
