From the comments, he says he feels a leak at the exhaust manifold.

That can manifest as a ticking noise too. Check yours?

Def not injectors. Could be your cam , but something is not lekker there.

i did complete head but the engineer said cam was fine..this noise is driving me crazy,, went to about 6 mechanics and all say lifter but i changed the lifters

Incorrect oil spec?

Has to be a lifter. Did you torque it correctly? And what oil are you using? I assume a thick oil like 10/40.

I know with a head overall,some mechanics will retorque the valves and the head. Mostly they just retorque the head after the 500km.
My brothers mechanic only retorqued his datsun's head after the 500km.
