I mailed them requesting the following:

1. Cancellation of contract.
2. Re-quote me on what a wireless 56k package will cost so I can be charged appropriately.
3. Suspend my service until the problems are fixed without debiting my account each month.

I told them that I'd consider paying between R200 and R300 until the probs are fixed if it comes to point 2. This is were they amaze me. Rather than charge me for the amount of badwidth (not mispelled [:p]) that I get and receiving some form of income, they'll either cancel my contract or put in on hold.

At some point in your life you learn to stop sh!tting your pants and use the crapper, others seem to have found that more difficult [:eek:)].
