I have HB 11.3 whatever that means, how long would it take to increase to 12.5?

Did you donate blood recently? I see they say it can take 6 - 8 weeks for your iron levels to increase back to normal.

Be sure to monitor your levels regularly because iron accumulates and can be dangerous.

I was told I'm too low on iron to donate, I'm not vegetarian but having to wait 6 months to donate that made no sense.

You're only allowed to donate every 59 days, so that is 6 times a year. You've been going too often it sounds.

It's about correct, if I started in Jan my 5th donation was suppose to be in September.

Pretty good if you want to take additional iron and not go the spinach route...

Spatone Iron Supplement Sachets is a new, iron-rich, 100% natural liquid iron supplement scientifically shown to be a highly absorbable source of iron that's gentle on the stomach.
Thanks, but I don't think I require supplements.

Red meat and beetroot come to mind. Beatroot especially is high in iron if I'm not mistaken.

Edit - seems I was wrong...only a lil iron in the root.

Caffeine inhibits iron absorption. Magnesium supplements too.

If you need take a supplement but stick to the daily recommend intake because too much iron can cause problems
