So smart spend seems to have updated, but February ebucks says no history... Still seems to recording at level 4, but I was level 5 before month end by a good 1000 points, hope it doesn't frak out like it did last month.
 
Ok so smart spend updated yesterday, got some extra, but it seems that the track my progress for
Feb still not updated sigh.
 
Their Udemy integration is buggy as heck. Have to check out twice.

Surely you can get the other debit reversed? Either chat to Udemy or directly to FNB. Never used the Udemy integration, is this something that happens all the time or did it happen once?
 
Anyone experienced any challenges redeeming their Wimpy meal voucher?

I had an issue the other day with Wimpy N1 (not naming and shaming a specific one). Some system error occurred and I had to pay full price. I was a bit suspicious at first, given on a previous occasion the waiter told me that the kiddies voucher does not work. Note that then did not submit the kiddies voucher to the cashier, that day.

However, this time around, I escalated this matter to eBucks and it was resolved with eBucks reimbursing me. I want to raise this that should you find yourself in a similar situation, to report it to eBucks. Take the proof of payment as you would need to submit it, with a screenshot of the voucher.

If the Wimpy system is offline, they usually just write the code down and process it later.

Plan B, take the managers name, pay in full, and get refunded via eB

Before I order I always confirm that they are taking eBucks wicodes and if it turns out they aren't working when it comes to check out time that's on them not me.

Yes, twice in a row. N1 outbound and inbound Cape Town. Different dates, same excuse
