Why the heck would you need an extra alert?
It comes through in app.SMS don’t always come through if you are out of the country.
It comes through in app.
Is this payshap?I do anything between R1.10 and R9 (but usually between R5 and R9). At the beginning I was checking diligently to see if I got the points, but lately I just assume I do as I have quite a large points buffer.
I also keep the amounts low because there were reports of payments not being allocated on the receiving end, so I don't trust these FNB bill payments very much.
I find for my CoCT rates bill and PathCare account they don't make it easy to check if the payments are reflecting. The former doesn't give a breakdown of individual payments received and the latter doesn't seem to reflect amounts if one is in credit, but it comes into play if one then owes them money later on (I speak under correction), or if it does reflect it's near impossible to determine which amounts tie back to which payments.
Yes, I also do that. However, at the till the story changed with this nonsense. They make one feel like it is now your fault. No solution is provided other than the full bill must be paid. Therefore, I informed eBucks about this matter as the system issues should be addressed. Before I order I always confirm that they are taking eBucks wicodes and if it turns out they aren't working when it comes to check out time that's on them not me.
This was not even mentioned by them. They just looked clueless due to "system error".If the Wimpy system is offline, they usually just write the code down and process it later.
Plan B, take the managers name, pay in full, and get refunded via eB
No issue on my side also on same version, IOS. Maybe iOS restart?Just heads up for IOS users. I upgraded now to version 7.8.1-50
Result: the account menu is non scrollable. 60% of my accounts are non visible! A serious bug!![]()

On rare occasions some apps go AWOL and simply closing it or even a quick restart does nothing. iOS seems to save the app state in memory even after closing it. The only way I could actually get the app to "restart" is by using the "force restart/hard reboot" method. You don't lose any data with this method https://support.apple.com/en-za/guide/iphone/iph8903c3ee6/iosAlready 3 times. All screens are scrollable, but not banking.![]()

No it's bill payments. If you want eB reward level points and payshap you need to do R101 or more to be safe.Is this payshap?
That's strange...Now it's saying that my salary didn't get paid in? WTF is going on with Ebucks this month, it's the 7th and still saying February is nothing.
Yeah it's not updating properly right nowThat's strange...
Mine usually does this in the beginning of each month but sorts itself before the middle of the month.
I agree. I like having the history in email. Far easier to search on, on a nice big screen, rather than my phoneDid you guys see this? I find email inContact messages useful and serve well as an extra alert, irritating that they want to remove that avenue of notification!
