Same, seems to be a general issue, there's lots of people complaining on the WhatsApp group that they also never received theirs

I'm level 5, but I also agree, the hoop jumping is rather silly. Especially making us use services that we don't want like playing eBucks games and using BIB or something...not interested in that schite

still comfortably on level 5, not a fan of hoop jumping but it's not too much effort for 1.5-3k a month back (if it wasn't for that i'd probably go capitec)

Agreed. Wonder how many clients actually asked for eBucks integrated games to warrant the dev work.
