Not one of the posts on this particular page of this thread is about boosting your ebucks earn. There are many help tips that come from this thread, that don't relate to ebucks though. There are plenty of other threads whining about what exactly the discussion relates to, maybe you should rather join one of those.

They normally do relate to ebucks, FNB and their partners offers.

You are mistaken too it seems. I did not complain about your posts being unrelated, I just explained why others have complained about it, and rightly so. So why should I join the threads about complaining about unrelated posts?

I created a Global Account to get the Loungekey access. But how would I get physical access to the international lounges? I received no notification of a card being delivered. And my online banking profile does not list any Global Account cards?

I'm currently on Premium and am wondering about upgrading to private clients (for the caps). How do the spouse accounts work with regards to ebucks? Are they linked, is it in effect a completely separate account?

You need to request the card - can do this via APP or online banking - think it is under "my cards"

  • Select My Bank Accounts;
  • Select My Cards;
  • Select Cheque Card;
  • Select applicable Global Account;
  • Select Card Type;
  • Choose Delivery Method
  • Input Contact Details and Confirm

Vaguely yes, but I was hoping for a little more clarity.

So to summarize: Complete separate. As in two bank accounts, two ebucks accounts with own rewards level, completely separate everything? As in only real benefit (if both accounts are not on rl5) would be the 1000 points for having a spouse account..

heads up on the pc spousal account for islamic cheq holders

there is no islamic option for the spouse. they can upgrade the account, but not as islamic cheq account for spouse. will still enjoy R250 reduced pricing. islamic option only available sometime next year.

you will need to find other ways to compensate for the loss in 2000 islamic points

Apparently you do not get a card for opening a Global Account for Australian Dollars so then no lounge access. Only for USD,, GBP and EUR. Just take note

I did try this. But I can't follow your instructions at the "Select Cheque Card" stage. I have a fusion PC account - not sure if this makes a difference. But the only thing I can do is select "manage" and then link the global account to my primary fusion account? No place to order a global account card.

When you opened the account which currency did you select?
