I have used it at tollgates, but I think credit card works just as well

Other than that have never used it, my roadside assistance is with insurance too so don't need the aa on the petrol card.

contacted live support. told them the situation. they told me it was blocked due to suspected fraudulent t activity. I explained that I only use it to transfer money from my credit card to bank account, because it is cheaper. They told me that was not the intended use for the app and there's nothing they can do.

If you are comfortable that your roadside assistance is countrywide then not really.

No roadside assistance has a fleet that is country wide, they all sub contract to local operators when needed even within built up urban areas. The AA does the same, when I used the Fnb roadside assistance last they sent out some random tow truck operator to pick me up.

AA is R1k plus I think so its still worth it.

Do you guys think it is worth it to upgrade from Gold to Private Clients? Last month on Gold I got eB6000 which is quite good for me, mostly from fuel. I just am not sure if it will be worth it R105 vs R385. I mean even this year the Gold account didn't increase whereas the PC did. :|

Worth it maybe... Whether they will let you make that jump is another story. Based on earn etc... Def do the upgrade to prem tho. On the other had making a jump like that means nothing if you can't hit that t5

I'm currently on Level 5 on gold and the app for the last few months is offering me to upgrade. Why do you suggest go to premier?

Depends on your situation regarding spend and reward levels you can achieve.
I’m better off on gold because of the diminishing returns on ebucks. I earn 7500 ebucks without jumping too many hoops. I calculated my increased earn on premier or pc was too low to justify the additional work and cost of the accounts.
I’d have to take out too many additional FNB products that aren’t worth it for me.
The only thing I hate about gold is that I earn more than the voucher discount threshold.
