So how I feel about the eBucks Black Friday sale: All advertised prices are normal, non-Black Friday prices. You just get a discount if you use eBucks, right? So if you're like me who usually converts their eBucks to vouchers at 40%, you're not actually saving anything with these sales compared to normal prices. Rather keep your eBucks for monthly vouchers and search for actual cash Black Friday discounts at other retailers.
Example: The Apple TV is normally R2899 from the eBucks store. With eBucks, you can get it for eB 17390 = R1739. If I want to go spend R2899 at Dischem in cash after that, I'm going to net R0 after the two transactions.
If I rather use the same amount of eBucks to buy R2899 of Dischem vouchers, and I could rather get the Apple TV on an actual Black Friday discount for R2000 from the iStore, that's a positive net of R899.
