Had the exact same issue, got errors on the last step of the checkout process, logged out of my account, logged back in, ebucks gone but hadn't received any confirmations and nothing showing under "Track my orders".
Phoned the call centre, lady confirmed that the order was not processed and they would have to refund me. Asked how long that would take, responded by saying that it would hopefully be today seeing as tomorrow is BF but it normally takes 7 days.
TV I wanted to buy not available anymore, good times.
